Clarification of my prior posting. The sidewall says "Eagle Touring", but no ref NCT3. Same/different?

Look closer, it's written after the size: 215/55-16 93Y NCT3

Thanks for correcting my myopia re; the inner ring. Still confused with Y vs Z ratings, durability (300 seems pretty hi vs 180 and 140), and general dissing on this forum and C&D magazine (5/00). Y would indicate Ultra hi-perf (189mph). Doesn't compute?
