Does anyone have pictures of a Cashmere Gray & Melange interior combo? Thanks.

The melange lightens-up the interior nicely and will hide stains from the kids. I don't generally like brown interiors, but the Melange is very light & nice for my eyes. I looked at the darker interiors, but it was too depressing for me. I have a dark gray & black interior on 2 other cars now, and I'm just getting a little tired of the darkness.

Cashmere gray is attractive in a subdued way, if you like the darker gray with a purpilish tint. My 2nd choice was Melange exterior.

I like the the color combo so much, that I placed an order for Cashmere / Melange leather. Guess that speaks for itself!

If the 4.2 had come in that combo I would have gotten it. Had to take melange/melange.

My A6 2.7T 6spd, Cashmere Grey with Melange leather (Ambiente) should have arrived at Houston yesterday, and my dealer tells me delivery is 10 days after that. I've got a digital camera and will post some pix, but they obviously won't be up for 9 to 10 days. An alternate is to look in the brochure. If I'm not mistaken the Avant in the 2000 brochure is cashmere grey with melange.

No pics but I just picked up this combo last week. IMHO, this combination is unbelievably classy. The exterior is somewhat subdued while the interior is wonderfully muted. The pictures in the catalog don't do it justice as they make it appear the interior much too bright. The combo also "works" since the dash and window sills are almost a perfect match with the Cashmere exterior making for a very matched appearance.

You will definitely not be disappointed if you go with this combo.

Get the Cashmer/Melange combo on 4/12. Im 99% sure it was a good call. I'll post pictures after that

I posted these a while back. They are private, there is no other link to them. They are from when I got my car the very first day.

The resolution is kind of poor, but the colors (day pics only) are quite true.
