Does the C5 have LATCH lower anchors? I pulled the seat and couldn't find anything

They did end the free program. I paid about $25 for the complete set of LATCH parts...
...I had my VW dealer tech friend go pick them up at his price after I was quoted over $75 from the same dealer for the same thing

Come on, get your facts straight re: lousy Audi service
LATCH was not mandated on cars in the US until 2003. Of all the major car mfgrs who did not offer LATCH prior to the law requiring it *only* Audi and VW offered the ability to retrofit the tethers.
The fact that they a) offered a retrofit at all, and b) offered to pay for it if you did it within a reasonable time window puts Audi at the TOP of the customer service list, not the bottom.

...which would be for 2003 model year cars. I agree with kkemp, the fact that they offered...
...to do the retrofit at all at no cost for a LONG period of time was pretty good service IMHO.

If they were to charge a reasonable price, sure. but at $100 per side? Come on
And that doesn't include their "Labor" with a minimum of at least 1 hour.
What I would consider good customer service is to sell them for a reasonable price, then install for free. It is removing 4 pieces of tape and screwing in 4 bolts. That is good customer service. The fact that I just ordered the genuine part for $8 each side tells you something.
