Have a 2001 4.2 and bought w/CPO extended warranty. Does CV boots replacement under warranty?

Default if the joint/bearing is shot...yes.
if you slip something to, or buy lunch for your tech or writter, yes.

But if you walk in asking...no.

Default I think its really up to audi services discretion, some will do it...others wont.
its really a crap shoot.

even reading the forum, you can see that responses to your question have been spotty.
