When I close the driver's side door, the hinge gets hung up on the U-bolt flange that locks the door. If you slam the door it closes, but when you try to open it, it acts like it is locked. But if you push the door inwards, you can hear a click and then the door opens fine.
Is there a way to align the door and the frame??

Yes.. It's possible to align the door. I'd take it to a body shop and have them do it for you.
