DTC 1423 - Bank 1 Air Flow Too Low.
If you have had this code could you tell me what part you replaced. Any help, as too, where to start trouble shooting this code is appreciated.
Thanks,
Skyrex

The way the system works is ashortly after start the sai pump starts and forces air to both banks . then a solenoid activates and routes manifold vacuum to the combi valve, the combi valve opens and allows the sai pump air to pass through to the exhaust manifold and is sensed by the o2 sensor .
armed with this info i would verify the integrity of the vaccum line to and from from the solenoid to the combi valve first, as they can get brittle and split, also verify the sai pump plumbing for that side is sound, see after the car starts see if the solenoid even fires by feeling for vacuum at the hose post solenoid.
After all that is validated and if you still get the code then you can visit the combo valve. that thing is a PITA to get out though , will probably end up making your own special tool from a hacked up allen key .
Good luck .
