Eibach - sit to low in back -how do install wrong?

Two things to check: First make sure you have the right springs. They are different for non-quattro's and there is a model year difference. I think it's like 10/99. Second make sure the springs are seated on the perch correctly. Hope this helps.

Kinda hard to tell, but it does look slightly lower than the front. Maybe have the installer look at the rear shocks. If you only changed the springs to Eibach Pro-Kit and didn't change the OE shocks, chances are it's worn or will be soon (depending on how many miles were driven on it).
