Engine upgrades to A6 Avant
I'm in the market for a new wagon to replace my '98 Volvo.
I love the ride, plush interior and looks of the A6 Avant. The only drawback I'm finding is that it is a little lacking in punch from the engine. What have you folks done to upgrade your 2.8 30V engines? Does it void your maintenance warranty?
Man I wish the Avant was offered in the 2.7T or 4.2.......

2.8 30V upgrade
The chip for 2.8 is not as significant as it should be.
There's only upgrade that will dramatically increase the power of 30V engine which is PES supercharge.
The Allroad is a better choice if you want more power right from stock because of its 2.7 biturbo engine.
We can only wish there will be a 2.7T/4.2 Avants available here.<p>Tom
