i got A6 2.7T 2001, and on straight acceleration from cruise speed after trans down shifts and goes up from 3000 rpm esp light comes on and stalls the engine. when i release the gas pedal after 2-3 sec it comes back to normal. any ideas on what's happening here. the dealer says it is normal but i doubt it

Have you checked the throttle body boot for tears?
