This was under the back seat on my B5 S4. Not sure where it is in the C5. I am not talking about the ABS module under the hood.

I need to trace the wires from they yaw sensor to the brain. Still getting an intermittent yaw sensor code when we go over bumps.

ABS/ESP assembly page doesn't mention a separate controller for ESP. Controlled by the ABS module?

Did you ever fix this issue - I have the same error code and intermittent but frequent ESP light activation plus ABS activation on an 02 Avant.

I'd be interested to know what came of your car's problems.
