New service rep at the local dealer. Responsive, personable and savvy about Audis. I did not feel like I was being treated like a dope. I will ask for her whenever I bring my car in.
(HBL Tysons Corner, VA; Allison)
Re Enterprise: What do they feed these people? They are the most motivated, well-trained employees on the planet. I always come away impressed and wishing I could hire them.

is outstanding. I've taken my A4 3.0 there for a couple of minor issues. Both Allison and the guy she shares her office with are both knowledgeable, helpful, and know their stuff. In fact, Allison brought in her own fresh-baked cookies one time and offered me one. Let me tell you, that girl can bake!
Same positive experience with Enterprise too. They're always upbeat, positive, and go the extra mile.

Glad to hear your getting good service there.
I was so turned off by their attitude the first time I went, I vowed never to return.
Things, people, and, possibly, dealerships can change, I guess.
I've had good service at Heishman's/Audi of Alexandria for almost 4 years.

LIke manyothers, I vow to never take my car there since I don't want to put a rotten cent in their pockets. Terrible service with my 993 (10 year rust warranty didn't cover 100% of the cost to fix rust spots around the windshield - go figure). I had the battery die on my one day old 2000 2.7T and actually had pretty good luck with the german guy writing the work. Of course 2/5 hours to change a battery sucks, but oh well.
Alexandria/Heishman is too far to go. Any other tips for HBL - I need to get my first and last free service before March 1st.

Not sure how "new" it really is, but Horst, the German guy, Allison, the guy she shares her office with, and I believe Chas, are all good. Follow up phone calls when they promise to, quick turnaround on service, polite, knowledgeable, etc. I honeslty can't knock them for one thing. I had a great sales experience there when I bought my A4, and service has been just as great.
