Default Fix for Rocking Front Seats - Need the Audi Part number

All I did STFA and found the following ECS Tuning Part#ES#4769 and the Mfg Part#B5SGKIT. However cannot find the Audi part number for my car 2001 A6 2.7T.

Here is the link to take the seats out just in case somebody needs it.

Here is someone who fixed it with Duct tape
https://www.audiworld.com/forums/sho...php?p=12847086

Pls do let me know if the ECS part works well?? also would like the Audi part number so I can look up at other sites too for comparison.

TIA!!

I don't think there is an Audi p/n. It's manufactured by ECS. Looks like they came up with it.
BTW...if you do the minimal search on Google (STFA is fine, but Google is your friend!) or Bing, you'd get the car/model trail on ECSTuning for this part.

Here is the Audi Part number.. just found it.. after of course ordering it from ECS 4B0898399. This one is cheaper at $10 and is available at ECS and WorldImpex. Somebody might find this useful

Selling the ECS Seat kit for fixing rocking front seats
Guys.. the kit basically came in too late as I sold the car without the stuff.. here is what I have for both the seats so 2 kits
http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Seat_Guide/ES4769/

I really did not anticipate selling the car so quickly!!!!
Please message me if you want to buy this off me.. I can throw in free shipping... It is in original packaging and was not even opened.. all sealed..

The ECStuning picture of the ECS part is not quite similar to the OEM part.

put 4B0898399 into ECS' website and you'll get a pic of the OEM part.

Compare it to the ECS kit.

I know I saw the Audi part number appear after I had already ordered the kit. Nobody on the forum also knew about the Audi part number... Let me know if you are interested..
