Default Flashing BRAKE light

So I have encountered a new problem recently.
Whenever I hit a turn hard, or accelerate out of a stop light, my BRAKE light flashes and beeps. It is now happening as I roll out of my drive way in the morning.

I originally though it was my brake fluid, so 3 days ago I had the dealership fill it up. I found for a day after that the light did not go off when I accelerated and only when I hit turns. Now it goes off when I accelerate again. Someone said that it may be a short from when I spilled my windshield washer fluid last time I filled the washer fluid up. My grandpa bumped me in my garage and I sort of made a mess of it. And I also heard it may be a faulty, or super touch esp system warning. Any ideas, it really is bothering me.

Default Do you mean the red 'BRAKE' light accompanied by 3 loud beeps?

If so, may be either a wheel speed (ABS) sensor, or the ABS controller going south. Search the forumn archives for ABS problems and see what you can find. If it is the ABS unit, there is a rebuild option for $250 through ModuleMaster.com

The first thing to do is find someone local to you who has a Vag-Com setup; click the link in my signature below titles 'VAG Locator'.

Hope that helps.

yup, that would be it. That link was helpful, I guess there is a vw specialist dpwn the street from my house (Doh!). Any idea of what the cause of that would be, the abs system I mean.

Did you hit a curb/bump recently? or have the alignment done?

Just came across a bit of information today.

I borrowed my car to my uncle and he said he hit up a parking lot to try out the awd in the snow. Supposedly he said that the brake light went off when he was trying to do some doughnut holes in the lot. Would that be a contributing factor?
