Flashing cel
I have a 2001 Audi a6 Quattro with around 160k and occasionally the check engine light will flash and it will lose power. It says it has misfire codes on cylinders 5 7 and 8 and also 02 sensors saying the bank is too lean. We have replaced the coils on 5 7 and 8 and all 8 spark plugs and the problem still exists anyone will any opinions or suggestions or better yet answers would be AWESOME!!!! Please help low on cash but a big DIY guy. Thank you very much in advance!

Me too... Because it's obvious from the original post, since he mentions misfires on cylinders 7 and 8. It's sad how this forum has descended over the last ~5 years from being a primary source of technical advice to the point where almost every thread contains criticism and sarcasm. These days, I find quattroworld to be my first and most frequent stop, and rarely make it over here because of this change.
OP, your problem is almost certainly your Bank 2 power output stage or POS. Multiple misfires on the same bank are frequently cause by this part's failure. Search this forum for POS, and you'll find plenty of information.
To diagnose, you can swap them and see if the problem moves to the other cylinder bank, but if it were my car, I'd just order a new one.

It's apparently not unusual for one-post people (although looks like access to code reader if not VAG-COM) to spam the boards including this one looking for a specific answer to a general problem, such as an apparent vacuum leak.
