Follow up on window

Follow up on window
So I went out to my car at lunch and the window was up. It still does not move up or down when i press the switch. However, when I put the key in the door to lock and unlock and hold it, the window goes up and down. It goes up all the way, but as sooon as I take the key out, it comes back down about 6 inches. I repeated this multiple times. Any suggestions
