2 different prices. NADA seems to be way off the mark.
Since many of you have been purchasing I am hoping to get a better idea of what I should pay
for a 4.2 in the range of 50000 to 65,000 miles.
TIA!

Sure that's a 4.2 ? Year ago I paid 28K for my 02 4.2, 57K, CPO and 2 year warranty from dealer. It's in great shape, loaded, but your price is almost half. I didn't get a steal, but I really don't think I got ripped off. Did a lot of research before buying, KBB and NADA gave my car retail value of $36K, trade-in value of $27K, so 28 seemed acceptable.
Maybe you know something I don't, but 16.5 seems like a steal for a 4.2 w/55 assuming no hidden problems.
