Default Front Driver's Side Moan After Braking (2bennett 6-piston)

I have the Brembo (Cayenne S) 6 Piston 18z front calipers and experience a moaning sound after hitting the brake pedal and then releasing. The moan stops once I start to accelerate again. Does this sound like a sticking piston issue?

Sounds more like a master cylinder brake booster problem.
If the sound is at the wheel, then a sticking pad which could be either a sticking piston or more likely the pad itself.
