Bad inner joints can cause shudders and vibration that MAY go away or lessen while coasting, and be worst at hard acceleration. Outers usually click on turns when bad.
See this link: http://www.raxles.com/axleparts.aspx
also, for everyone else, im getting the rears balanced tomorrow

UPDATE:
got the rear wheels balanced, feels even nicer, haven't been up to 70+ mph speeds so i will update.
the thing i just cant stand is how harsh the ride is. its bugging the hell out of me that its this harsh yet still floats in turns

Update:
Got the rear wheels balanced, it helped a little but I still have the slight vibration, it's very inconsistent too, it comes and goes and definitely made worse depending on the road condition
Also checked the motor mounts front to back movement, minimal, no side to side or rocking/lifting
Don't know how to check the transmission mount.
Also, the bad cv joint clicks opposite the directness of the turn correct?

Bad CV joint clicks when wheel is turned sharply. Doesn't much matter dynamic loading, you should be able to hear it at very low speed. Especially in a parking garage.
