Front wheel bearing removal.

as Bernie says,
"If one is not careful, one can learn something everyday."
Yesterday was one such day for me. I learned:
The Hubshark kit I have does not have a tool large enough to accept the wheel bearing to remove it from the knuckle.
Home Depot stocks nothing that can be used for this kind of tool.
There is nothing that can be used for this kind of tool in my shop, my house, my neighbor's barn or my mother's house.
It takes an incredible amount of force to move a wheel bearing.
If you leave an ABS sensor untouched for eight years in New England, it will fuse to the knuckle.
Always use anti-seize on the suspension during assembly.
So today my A4 has been commandeered by the in-laws to get home to Mass while I drive the 'burban.
A question (yes, there is a point to this post):
Has anyone used a hubshark or other tool to do a front wheel bearing on a C5? Any idea where I might find the correct adaptor?

wheel bearings. Plus, if they break the new bearing putting it in, I'm covered.

Things that we apparently did not learn:
Not all C5s use a pressed in cartridge wheel bearing.
The HS is only good if one wishes to avoid the opportunity for other strut assembly PM, while "doing it right" on a press.

Guys, so is the best thing to do to pull the entire wheel bearing housing, buy a new bearing from the dealership and take both to a shop to have it pressed out, and the new one pressed in?
That sounds like something I could tackle. I see the directions for wheel bearing housing removal here...on page 40-35:

Anything else I need to know?
