Default Front wheel noise

I have a noise that sounds like its from the front driver side wheel. It sounds like somethings rubbing about once every revolution. So when its really only noticable when I am going slow under ie: under 20. Any ideas? I check and nothing is obvious.

Default Splash sheild behind the rotor. Remove wheel and check clearance.

Bend a bit to adjusted if needed.

Default Sounds like the splash shield as 4Driver4 said...

if so, simply reach in there and bend the plastic away from the rotor.
