Future Value Estimate
Any guesses on what a 2001 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro with
1 - 100K miles on the odometer
2 - TB done at 85K miles
3 - in good condition with no mechanical problems
would be worth in the year 2011? Long shot but I'm trying to guesstimate if I should end up replacing this car in 3 years. Maybe a Lexus GS350?

Surrender. You're already in too deep.
It's too late. You're already doing some basic DIY stuff, and in a week or two we'll have talked you into doing your own cam adjuster seals. By the time you finish that you'll be confortable doing anything else the car needs. One of two things will happen: you'll either keep the car running forever or buy another Audi since you've already come this far down the learning curve and you have the support of us idiots on this forum.
