Two items that were repaired under warranty on my 2000 A6, the power window lockout switch and the CD player, are screwed up again. Although the car is out of warranty, are these items still covered since they were orignally repaired under warranty?

I will pose this question to the dealer next week, but I wanted to do some research up front.
