Default Is this a giant vacuum line?

This is not my motor, just an example. Is the hose in red a giant vacuum line? The one on the motor i just swapped in has a cut in it. Where can i order a replacement? Thanks.

their is a post in the tech section how to modify this line, basically cut the plastic line from the ends and replace with rubber fuel line for $5. these get very brittle and break over time, they are unbelievably expensive as well!

THANKS, what would be the symptom of this being broken in half? Would the motor misfire?
