You don't want to remove lug studs with it. Harborfreight has cheap tools too.
Also, you are just going to toss this in the back of your car? I use my torque wrenchs a little more than that and wouldn't get the cheapest thing I could.<ul><li><a href="http://www.harborfreight.com">Harbor Freight</a></li></ul>
