Well they dont exist here in the U.S. which is what I thought you were asking for, so no we would...
not have any pics. They can be found on the 4.2, but not the narrow body( 2.8, 3.0, and 2.7t's) A6's.

Impossible. If you disagree, show me the link from the distributor in Europe.
The segments which extend through to the fender flairs would be too wide for the narrow body A6. If there is a vendor its not an OEM one and probably constructed from fiberglass, which would be short lived.
As April said, I bet a modification could be acheived from a body shop but all I can tell from that scenario is a lot of bondo, again short lived in terms of durability in the long haul.
My advice, theres a lot of better mods to be had with what it would take to acheive a narrow body modification. I had planned on doing side skirts at one time but the door flairs are one of thoes things that sets the 4.2 apart as well.
