Default Sounds like you need at least shocks.

H-Sports wont't fix floatiness. That's a result of high mileage shocks. We recommend replacing the shocks between 50k and 85k. Beyond that they're well worn.

Installation of the springs and shocks is difficult, but certainly something you could DIY with the time, patience, and proper equipment. I've posted many ways on doing both the front (identical to the A4 and S4) and the rears. Search the archives, or feel free to email me individually if you have trouble finding the info.

Default Sways do nothing for float. Shocks do nothing for lean. Springs almost never wear out.

.. and the strut job is way more comlex than the sways, btu do-able if you have the bently, a spring compressor, a helper, lots of penetrating fluid, and a full day (for an amateur).

Will also require 4-wheel alignment when done.

Sounds like you need shocks, and little else.
