Hello all,

Since we are apt to post our negative stories with dealers, I just want to point out how my local dealer has really turned around to become an amazing dealer.

Audi of Alexandria (VA), and in particular, Nicco, the service rep, have given me the best service experience I have *ever* had with any brand. (BMW, Mercedes included)

The stories are too long to post (and I am lazy), but his flexibility, honesty, and committment to a good customer experience is second to none.

The Audi dealers I have dealt with in the past, including this one, have been stupendously lousy. But whatever Audi of Alexandria is doing this last 6 months, I can feel the difference.

I hope this is a result of work AoA is doing nationwide to help improve the dealer network. Regardless, Audi of Alexandria is doing an incredible job.

Just wanted to share a positive dealer story.

However, a B5 S4 guy that bought his car on Ebay has had to fight to get some common problems taken care of, such as broken or cracked frame or mounts for his driver's seat. They eventually caved, but it took several trips and some fighting.

Moral of the story is that if you are in the Washington DC area, buy from Audi of Alexandria, and your service life will be much easier and stress-free. Audi of Alexandria also gave me the best deal on the car.
