Default Green giant injector positioning. OCDboy & StgIII's

I just rotated my injectors so the plugs face the valve covers. Instantly I notice my idle RPM's are now to high. (probably because I raised it to overcompinsate) I'm going to go beat on her a bit a see what it feels like. I'm not seeing any searching so far, but I'm going to go see if I can get it to hunt. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Default OK.....not 100% but pretty close.

There are some variables here....for example it's 34 degree's outside compared to 72 yesterday, but I guess that's in our favor. I instantly notice that the fuel delivery is MUCH smoother when you start in each gear and when downshifting. I did get a tiny bit(like 3 surges) of idle searching but nothing compared to what it did prior. I don't remember if 34 is cold enough to say the cold start issue is fixed... but as of yesterday I could get it to hunt for a few minutes, today it only lasted a second maybe two.

I think a few more hits with the VAG should get it straight!

Default Interesting...I need to find a few minutes to rotate mine as well.

Thanks for the update!

Default If it were me(and I did it already as you know), I would reset everything to stock settings(write

down settings you are at now of course). Then drive for a few days to let car adapt if it needs to. You are not going to be unhappy with rotating injectors. Only setting off of stock I have right now is +30rpms idle which Todd from AWE put into car when they installed kit. The plus 30 rpms allows me to engage clutch, and not have car shake/vibrate sitting at a light.
