Default Yes of course you do...you are a high school student you think $$$ grows on trees ;-)

No offense but, your comment just sounded very narrow minded.

If he isn't going to track the car and he's going to leave the stock wheels and tires why go through the effort to lower it? Let alone put the most expensive way to do suspension...CO's...and why put on THICKER sway bars if he is so concerned about the ride comfort. Just seems completely pointless. Should have saved the money and spent it on something more of value.

Because the ride was bad in the opposite way, too soft and uncontrolled.

Now it is a great compromise, but any further towards sporty would be too much.

I think you should have saved some $$$ and gone with a standard suspension upgrade not CO's...

Default Total nonsense. Right now it handles beautifully, very well controlled and quite comfortable.

Are you suggesting that you can upgrade the wheels, keep worn shocks and stock springs and get a car that is as fun to drive as mine?

My car will outhandle any A6 with stock suspension and any wheel/tire combination.

Plus the stock wheels assist with its "sleeper", totally unmodified appearance. I like, many drivers have had a surprise.

Default I agree, 1st things that needs to be done is to lose the monsterous wheel well gap.

I'd much rather roll around on stock wheels without the ugly gap than be a 4x4 on larger wheels which make it look even worse. In addition, with suspension upgrade first you get the improved handling AND the good looks.

As you can see, me on my 16's.

Default Wow ripping on a guy for doing something all about improving ride and handling...

which adds little to no "bling" factor. Son, methinks you are the one who is narrow minded.
