I submitted the handsfree phone install to them, takes a couple of months, but they generally like stuff like this.
FYI - I did not know about the 16mm bolt and washer parts (did not come with the used kit I bought), so I called Drew @ Hotchkis and he is sending me a set.
Your writeup looked great, and definitely has content that goes beyond the on-line install instructions given by Hotchkis. I told Drew on the phone that he should check out your post!
I was going to install this coming weekend, but I have to wait for the bolts now (I have to check the setup at home, I don't remember seing any bolts or washers).
