Had a chance to see Boston Driver's car yesterday - he MUST win the most mod award!
First of all, the car is SLAMMED right now (OK it was a mistake made when he had the coil-overs installed and he's going to get it fixed, but I think it is at least 2" lower than stock). Riding on the 17" Avus S-4 wheels, this car looks hoT!
Once inside you'll note he has the carbon fiber interior trim (VERY nice with his black interior!), the brushed aluminum tip shifter bezel, and the oh-so-trick Passport radar detector remote display installed in the front cupholder slot.
But wait, there's more: Sport seats in front (I'm jealous), compass mirror, extra 12V outlet in the front bin by the hand brake.... the list goes on.
Fog light rewire, trunk spoiler (M5 version, very nice) 4" exposed tips on the mufflers, PSK sway bar, and I'm sure there are others I've not mentioned. Oh yeah, a couple of Vag-Com mods (tranny re-code and window recode) also.
All in all, a very impressive list of mods - and one heck of a good looking car!
Can anyone top this list?

Yeah, his car is my inspiration...
if only I had those wide fender flares and the V8...the following would have been done by now:
S6 grilles, RS6 side skirts, RS6 spoiler.
I could do the spoiler on my car, but it looks too big for my taste relative to the narrow fenders of my car.

Thanks for the compliment...all show and no go!
At least that is what they say on the A4 forums. The only thing that I think that I am going to add this year are H-sports (which means I will probably give you my PSK sway bar), tint (in the spring) and the smoked tails (also in the spring).
Thanks again for your help yesterday with the VAG stuff! Watch out for those turkeys in your parking lot!

Mine is all show, no go...and Ted's is all glow!
Although his Avant would more likely pass for an S6 now with the mirrors, Avus wheels, and the S6 door blades. Once debadged, the only thing missing will be those WIDE fenders!

I will probably hold off on that...
for now...
A neighbor of mine is going to do the chip (but nothing else). I might try his out and see if I like it, and whether it is worth risking the turbos that are covered under my CPO now.
