Grooved Bilsteins: $550
Friend that helped: $100
Finishing everything up only to find out that we didn't put the rubber piece back on the rear shock (i forget the name), PRICELESS!!
Total time it took for the install was about 9 hours. (from 7pm til 4:30am) 3 of us, 2 kinda knew what they were doing (they own A4's) and assumed it would be the same. The front end was fairly simple, the rear was a different story. Around 2pm, after an hour of trying to remove the shock/spring, we decided to STFA to find out how to do it correctly. While my 2 buddies were doing this i started working on the right/rear, and i managed to remove the shock/spring myself (amazing). Then, after installing the shocks, placing it back, tightening all bolts, all i had to do was put the wheels back on, BUT, they somehow managed to forget to put the rubber piece that sits at the bottom of the spring (I forget the name) so we had to disassemble everything again. DOH! Anyways, after all of that, i am fairly happy with the handling and ride. During the install we did notice that my inner CV boot was ripped, so, she must go to my indy, again.
Bilstein / H&R sport combo. I went 2 down in front and 1 in the rear. Looks and rides a lot better IMO, but have been taking it slow due to the torn CV boot. Now my car doesn't feel like a roller coaster!! YAY! That is all!
I'll post pics when she's cleaned up,.

Oh man, that must have been a brutal realization! Endless RR (for remove and replace - I'm assuming that's what it stands for?)is right!!
Why only "fairly happy" with the handling and ride?
Never sen a torn inner boot before. How'd you do that!

As for the handling/ride, i haven't really pushed it due to the boot, but that is going to be replaced this afternoon. (I love my indy, $150 for parts/labor) It is stiffer (which i like) and handles a little better from what i noticed, but then again, anything is better than blown shocks lol.
