Without the keys (either factory or homemade).
the release mechanism inside the radio is broken on one side, so the keys won't grab. The dealer broke it (!!!) and blamed it on me and told me I needed to remove a bunch of stuff out of the center console to get the radio out from the back.
Has anyone done this (gotten the radio out by removing trim pieces and center console)? How do I do it?

Drop the glovebox/dash panel on the passenger side. (5) 6 point head scews (10mm, I believe.)
Also remove the wood trim from above the radio surrounding the cupholder and hazard switch (pry out with a putty knife on the sides and center, held in by 6 pressure fit clips.
Now you will able to work the radio out from the top and one side.
