Upgraded TC is approx. $600 + labor (less than a clutch + flywheel)

Actually I was being sarcastic - K04s are great buy from all accounts (and you don't have to max out, stage 3+, etc.) and of course they "will work" on your car. Tranny is weak link, so fueling and ecu should be done accordingly. But hey, let me know if you do sell.
