Default been to Munich airport, never saw it. Maybe I missed something big, but I doubt it.

OTOH, I was too in a hurry to rent a car and get going to the AutoBahnen!! The only time I had to sight see was on the way out when I saw the Sixt lineup of rentals- Bentleys, 996's, various other exotics. I checked my credit card balance, but it was no go for the Ferraris!

Default I've been there...

It's interesting in that they always have a couple of newest cars in their showroom, but the real purpose for the center is for Audi owners to be able to drop their car off and have it serviced while traveling.

If you're in the Munich airport and have an hour or so, you can just walk over, look around and walk back. It's adjacent to the hotel that is part of the airport complex. Is it worth a special trip? I don't think so...go to Ingolstadt and do the factory tour instead.

Default I was there three years ago...

Back then, it was basically like a dealer show room with a few new cars, one old 193x Audi/Auto Union car, and a gift shop. It's worth a look, but not a "special" trip - just get to the airport a hour or so early and go check it out. Of course, three years ago it was jsut barely open and construction was still going on around it - it might have changed since then.
