Has the problem with A6 windows been a recall issue by chance? ...
my passenger window strains itsself to roll up...and sometimes when i lock the car, the windows mysteriously roll down by themselves.
and its not uncommon for the window to roll down without prompt while the car is being driven...
i dont understand audi's sometimes

Call your local Audi service -- give them the VIN and they will tell you if yours is covered under a
recall that includes a clip on the window regulator wire, (this will fix the slow window) a clip that keeps the power headlight washer from sticking in the UP position, and finally an assembly to keep the front bumer from being torn off due to high parking curbs, or lowered chassis, I suppose. These repairs were just made on my 00 2.7T last week. Good Luck
