Default Headlight washer doesn't pop up - fluid just shoots out under bumper - any harm to try to

pull up the washer unit?(I suspect the hose simply separated from the washer unit)

Default You need to get underneath to reconnect the hose. I think you can reach it if you pull...

...the lower side or center grilles in the bumper, but I have not checked that myself.

yep, you can get access to the pump, or at least look at the stuff.

Default The HL washer assy`s are screwed to the bumper cover, connected by a fluid dist. manifold.....

also attached to the back side of the bumper cover. There is a fluid coupling to this manifold on the driver's side which must be uncoupled when removing the BC to access this washer system. See Bentley for illustration. If dripping on the DS could be this coupling, DS washer assy or manifold joint to washer. IMO these washers are worthless anyway, Just find that coupling and reattach with a piece of plastic bag between halfs.

eh...they're kinda nice to have around here ...lots of dust from the gravel pits : (

Don't drive in the pits! Dust + a dribble of water makes mud, not wiped off, won't blow off!

Nope. Pressure from the washers takes it right off... : )
