Default Here in MN Audi service is excellent.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience.

Default I think you may have taken it a step too far, ever manufacturer has problems with service.

Alot depends on the dealer. I wouldn't make the general assumption that ALL Audi service reps and dealers are poor. I have had nothing but stellar service from my dealer.

Default David you should really preface your comments with "IMO" since your presumably unfortunate...

experience with Audi service is not a universal situation. I've had nothing but terrific service from my dealer over the course of nearly 9 years---Which is why I'm on my 4th Audi with them. Sorry you've not been as fortunate, and you are always entitled to your opinion, but you're painting your negative comments with a very broad brush that, IMHO, leads to an inaccurate assessment of what everyone could/should expect from their dealer's service department. I can state, without any reservation, that in my opinion, Storms Motors in Southampton, NY has a terrific service department where every car and customer are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy---And they work hard to get it right. Am I unusually lucky? Perhaps, but based on other comments on this forum, I believe others have also had positive service experiences. Could Audi, as a whole, do better in this area? Sure. And as April and others have mentioned from time to time, overall servicing will improve with increased sales volume and dealer profitability---Such results (again, IMO) seem to already be occuring.

As I said, you are entitled to your opinion based on your experiences, and you certainly don't have to buy another Audi, as you very clearly indicated yesterday. And perhaps Your Quattroness wasn't warned because there was no overriding need to dissuade him from enjoying a truly fabulous car. No offense intended here, and I hope none was taken.

Without hard facts, this post is cowardly. Spill your guts or quit with the cheap shots.
