Default The charge pressure one sounds like a boost leak...check all your clamps/hoses/TBB/F-hose.

I don't have my Bentley on this computer, but I imagine that the other two are likely dead O2 sensors or possible dead cats. I can check my bentley this evening, unless someone beats me to it.
Also, try searching the B5 S4 forum for those codes...I'm sure they've been addressed on more than one occasion. HTH!

Cat efficiency codes are telling you both cats are bad. They are under warranty if you have less than 80K on the car. Be prepared though to purchase up to four O2 sensors, as your dealer may tell you they can't get the old ones off. Chances are they will come loose, but be ready.

I'm chasing a similar problemfor a friend and was refered to a TSB Issued August 22 2006.. I think it is number 2012357.. applies to ECMs with the following part number 4B0 907 551 T - Eng code APB Trans Code Automatic (EYK, EMP, FAQ).. says that if your software level is 4000 or lower.. your ECM requires a software update (that changes the diagnisis threshold..) specifically refers to P0421 & P0431... Says (in all caps) DO NOT REPLACE CATALYTIC CONVERTER(S)!!

Can anyone out there give me some advice on how to get the ecm software update done? I assume i need to go to the dealer? What can I expect to pay for this?
