I am trying to find a name or a phone number for the head of customer relations at Audi of America. I just bought a lovely 2001 A4 from my local dealer and unfortunately it has a defect in the paint that they are unwilling to repair. I've tried the Customer Relations number and have a case number, but they too were unable to help me. At this point I'd like to express my concerns to someone at the executive level, but I am getting the run around from the switchboard. Any suggestions?

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this problem. Thanks for you help.

You need to speak to Len Hunt, President of Audi of america. Try this number 248-340-4688. It may be his assistants number, but you will get help. also I have found the best thing to do is to send Len Hunt a fed so he personally has to sign for it(or someone very high up!)

hmm...aren't A6s and A4s manufactured by the very same company? Jeez..waht a friggin' coincidence.
