Can anyone tell me what part this is in the picture?
It's underneath the PCV breather hookup to the y-pipe on the driver's side of the intake. It has about 4 hoses hooked up to it.
I had a MIL/CEL with codes P0171 and P0174 (lean fuel mix) and found this item to be cracked.
Part number would also be great if you know it...

Looks like a suction jet pump or a check valve, hard to tell from the picture. If you need check valves, I've got a bunch, provided they're compatible with yours. Suction jet pump is $30-60 depending on where you buy it.

Luckily (for you, not for me), I just broke this part on my mom's car when I had to pull the fuel rail. It is a vacuum check valve and will cost about $30.
Part # 078 611 933B
It is difficult to remove from the hard plastic tubing without a heat gun...many say to just cut the tubing and reconnect with vacuum hose.
