I vote windshield/fresh air filter. It gets really bad if you...
go through a carwash. Safelite is replacing my cowl and possibly windshield tomorrow due to a bad install that lead to a similar leak.

I had water in the passenger side floor after a carwash. Found standing water under the battery. Clogged water drain...simple fix but get to asap before it jacks up your electronics.
