I really hope you are joking, it'd be a ton of work, notice where the (seemingly) single piece of metal to the rear fender extends along the whole roofline, that means you'd be better off manually reshaping the thing. but I think I speak for everyone when I say: leave it alone, the C5 A6 is a work of art, the beautiful, clean, sweeping lines of the profile are vital to it's beauty.
