S4_Cinci (I S'edTFA)

varieties of M1. High mileage has same phos level as the 0w-40 (phosphorus is in the anti-wear additive, ZDDP) and is the one that can kill the cats if you burn a lot of oil - thus it's level is regulated by EPA and has been forced downward as the API certification has evolved from SG to SM. M1 15w-50 has the highest level, and thus it also has no API certification. It must be good stuff, then!

I 2nd the 10w-30 is not the best choice -too thick when cold and too thin when hot. 0w-40 FTW.
