Hello I have a problem. I have an Audi A6 2,7 BT with K04 turbos, and RS4 hardware, all pipes, IC, injectors anf software from Honester in Germany. This was built 1 yaer ago and the car has since then worked with out problem. until to day, I went for the first high speed tour of the seson.
hit the pedal heavy and the turbo pressur went up to 1,3-1,4 as usally, shifted the gear between 2 and 3 and heard a sudden "phosh" sound and after that the car just keept loading the turbo pressure sky high with no limit. 1,6- 1,7 bar.

We have tried to check for problems, we have tried the N75 valve and it klicks when we put 12 v in it. We have blew in the hose that leads to the wastegate and it is no leak. We can visually dont see anything with the hoses from the compressorhouse from the turbo.
Can this problem come from the G31 valve?
Or is ther anything else that we should try?

I was getting a woosh sound between 1-2 & 2-3, sounded like wastgate dumping boost. My N75 still clicks as well...it started around 24psi now I'm up around 28. Boost still tapers after the first big spike. I will be replacing it next week. I will let you know how I end up...

WGFV is pretty dependable. As weird as it sounds, check for a boost leak.

check your diverters(710N) as well.. they may not be cycling right either.
