Hmmm, just received a recall notice... not for the dash fire/wiring!

I remember when I had the S4 that came with those stupid awful Blisterstone tires.
I had 2 of my tires grow blisters and replaced it. The friggin stealership wanted me to pay top dollar. I went with local shop and paid out of pocket.
About 2 months later I get a recall notice on the tires. I called AoA and explained that 2 of my tires had been replaced out of pocket.
I sent in a letter to the address they provided with an explanation of the situation.
They reimbursed me for the whole thing, including the additional insurance I bought from the manufacturer. Cool eh?
