how can i compress HP2 caliper pistons?

Default The HP2 rebuild kit is VAG part number 4D0 698 471, and here is a view of the parts...

Default oh, and even w/ bleeder open or brake line disconnected, the pistons will only go in the bore....

...when they are *dead* square with the bore - probably best to use hands only, no clamps!

Default And put them in ONE at a time...don't try to do both at once.

seems obvious, but maybe not.
