i got the door panel off to investigate my buzzing speaker (sounds like a blown speaker to me but ive never heard a blown speaker before). i remove the door latch *thing* and the 3 black connectors but i cant firuge out how the wire(s) going from the window motor to the switch on the armrest come off. is it just a connectot like the others? or do i need to pull the motor? its dark so it'll have to wait til tmomarrow.
did i ever say how much i love this forum???
1. i go out to remove the door panel
2. look at it for 5 min
3. decide i dont want to F(it)UBAR
4. come inside and get on AW
5. search "remove door panel"
6. in 10 seconds i find "remove 2 screws at top, lift up on door handle"
7. go back outside with ***** the size of texas
8. viola! no more door panel!... except for those damn power window wires <shakes fist in fury>

You need to "pop" them out before you take the door panel off.
This involves sticking a screwdrive into the hole that is located "under" the armrests. Then you just push forward and up. It takes some trys for different pushing angles, but once you get one side the other side will be piece of cake.
Good luck
