I have a friend with under 100k on his 2003 3.0. He's having more troubles than my 203k 2000 2.8.

I had an a4 with the 2.8 and I like hte 3.0 better. I still think the 2.7T is the best.

great like what probs? plan was to go tomorw to make a deposit if its ok.
car has 115000 km. for 12500cnd.

Long term do moAr research before you decide.

The 3.0 is a radical change from the 2.8, 2.7 and 4.2 with a completely different valve adjustment mechanism. I know of at least one of these cars that had a bank one cam seizure.
