This summer after installing the milltek exhaust, once in a while people would notice it and look at the car (mostly other A6 owners). One day I was at a movie, and I came out to find two guys standing behind my car, having an obvious discussion over it. They seemed pretty sketchy about the whole thing, so I set off the alarm and they scurried off, then did the same thing to another car a few rows over. This kind of freaks me out, since I really don't want to come back to find a stolen Audi. But I remember a short while ago that the immobilizer prevented me from even turning on the car. So, how hard is it to steal an A6 sans flatbed, and should I be worried about it?

Also, is there any way to get wheel locks on audis, it seems akward since they use bolts.

Don't worry so much about the theft - that's why you pay the insurance premiums.

It's not that hard to steal an A6 or any other car for that matter. If a Pro wants your car it's gone. I have done security systems for exotic cars and homes in my past life and there is always a way in....it's just how hard they want the A6 and how much time they have.
